Brogan Group have been awarded the access package for a redevelopment project in the London Borough of Camden, aimed at providing housing for homeless families. The project involves the construction of two hostels as part of Camden’s Community Investment Programme.
Brogan Group will provide the scaffolding and hoist access requirements to facilitate the development of 89 self-contained temporary accommodation units. Each unit will feature its own kitchen and bathroom, offering a safe and secure living space for those in need.
The redevelopment is a response to the housing crisis in London, where approximately 175,000 people are currently living in temporary accommodation. The project is scheduled for completion in Q3 2026. This initiative aligns with Camden’s broader Community Investment Programme, which aims to invest in schools, homes, and community facilities across the borough.
