Brogan Group have been awarded a combined access package for a new mixed-use development in Bermondsey, London.
The project, part of a regeneration scheme will create 230 new high-quality build to rent homes with Brogan Group supplying internal independent scaffolding alongside numerous passenger goods hoists which will service all floors of the building including the roof.
Due for completion in 2027, the development will include retail, leisure, and office space as well as offering the residents amenities including, gyms, an indoor swimming pool, private roof terraces and lounges.
