Brogan Group has secured a combined access package for a major redevelopment project in Westminster, London.
The scope of works includes both internal and external scaffolding, as well as Brogan hoists servicing the basement levels and the internal atrium.
Due for completion in 2027, the 130,000sq ft development will preserve the building’s historic character. External scaffolding will support the dismantling, repair, and reconstruction of the existing façade, while delivering a new luxury commercial space.
Sustainability is a key focus of the scheme, with the building designed to operate on 100% renewable energy. The project will be all electric, incorporate air source heat pumps and is targeting a BREEAM Outstanding rating.
