Brogan Group has secured a combined access package for the redevelopment of a building complex on a university campus in Norwich, East England.
As part of the project, Brogan Group will provide both internal and external scaffolding to facilitate the refurbishment works, alongside external mast climbers to support the new façade installation phase.
The multi-phase scheme spans four buildings and includes the creation of new science and research facilities, with a 3,000 sq m extension delivering modern laboratories and teaching spaces while allowing the buildings to remain fully operational throughout construction.
With sustainability being a key priority of the redevelopment, the project will preserve and enhance the building's distinctive 1960s architecture while upgrading it to meet net-zero carbon standards.
