Brogan Group has secured a combined access package for a major residential development in Fulham, London. The scope of works includes the provision of several passenger and goods hoists to service buildings reaching heights of up to 84m, alongside scaffolding for the residential blocks.
This phase of the masterplan will deliver 357 new homes together with 1.9 acres of parkland and public open space. The development will feature residential buildings rising to 38 storeys, linked by a seven-storey podium. At ground level, the scheme will incorporate retail units, cafés and commercial space.
Brogan Group has provided combined access packages across several phases of the wider development, which is set to deliver around 1,800 homes overall, including 600 affordable homes, more than 100,000 sq ft of commercial space, and six acres of public parkland and open space.
