Brogan Group have been awarded a combined access package on a £157 million mixed-use scheme in Southall, West London.
Multiple CAS towers will be supplied on site alongside numerous hoists servicing the 22-storey building up to 68.8m high, ultimately aiding in the creation 575 new homes. 42 of which will be part of the London Affordable Rent scheme and 132 shared ownership apartments.
2,100sqm of office space and 318sqm of flexible commercial space will provide opportunities for local businesses and increased employment.
In addition to residential and commercial areas, outdoor communal areas will also be offered. The scheme will be a car free zone with 926 allocated spaces for bicycle parking.
