Brogan Group have won the Access package on a residential scheme adjacent to Stratford International station and the Westfield Shopping Centre in London.
Brogan Group have Twin Passenger/Goods Hoists on both the 85m high West and East Towers of the site, which service 27 levels.
The scheme will deliver 247 Build to Rent homes, 54 discounted market rent homes, and high-quality retail and commercial space. There will also be an extensive communal amenity space including a resident’s lounge, terrace and gym.
The scheme is expected to be completed by 2025.
