Brogan win access package for Rolls House project, London

Brogan Group have been awarded the access package for the new eleven storey Rolls Building in Fetter Lane, London.

This £70 million contract for Carillion will provide new office accommodation to replace the existing Rolls House, Arnold House and No. 8 Bream Buildings for development manager, Delancey Estates.

The development is a joint venture on behalf of funds advised by Delancey and Invista Real Estate Investment Management and is due for completion in October 2009.
