Brogan Group has been awarded the access package for a £48 million carbon net-zero college campus upgrade at the Wigan and Leigh College. The project forms a major part of the college’s long-term sustainability strategy.
The development will deliver a new three-storey, building featuring seminar rooms, IT suites, laboratories, and a range of student-led facilities including restaurants, a salon, and a florist. The new campus facility is scheduled for completion in 2027 and will see a number of Brogan hoists servicing the building during construction.
