Brogan Group recently took part in a Safety Week at one of our sites in Westminster, London, and hosted a Scaffold Rescue from Height demonstration.

Led by supervisors, SHEQ Advisors, and Contracts Managers, the demonstration showcased key rescue procedures, including the deployment of suspension straps by a scaffolder working at height, self and assisted rescue techniques from an independent scaffold, and the use of specialist rescue equipment such as a rescue winch inertia reel from a bridge scaffold.

To further reinforce learning, Toolbox Talks on Rescue from Height and Suspension Straps were delivered to all attendees, supporting awareness of best practice and the importance of effective rescue planning when working at height.

The Brogan site team are currently on-site delivering a scaffolding and access package for a major £273m commercial development.
