Brogan Group are removing the temporary roof on a new Quad for an Oxford University College.
The glulam timber structure, chosen to minimise embodied carbon, required protection from the elements for the installation of tessellated aluminium tiles.
The Brogan team has begun striking the large scaffolding roofing sections over the three-storey student accommodation on the 5,639m2 site.
A student study space, music hall, and facilities for the adjacent preparatory school will also be included in the project, due for completion this summer.
