Brogan Group have been awarded the powered access package for a major student accommodation development in Brent Cross.
Brogan hoists will service the building up to 64m and, once complete, the project will deliver 666 student bedrooms. In addition to residential space, the development will feature a range of modern amenities including dedicated study areas, a digital gaming zone, a yoga studio, and landscaped gardens.
