Brogan Group have been awarded the hoist package for a £135 million redevelopment set to transform Wigan town centre.
We will be providing hoists to support the construction of a new 5,800 m², 144-bedroom hotel.
The redevelopment will deliver a cinema, an E-sports venue, 464 residential units, a market hall, and a variety of food and drink venues, playing a key role in revitalising Wigan town centre.
