Brogan Group have been awarded the powered access contract for the final phase of a £346m Barking regeneration project.
Brogan passenger goods hoists will be supplied across all four residential blocks, delivering the final 379 new homes.
This follows on from Brogan powered access being provided on the last two phases of the scheme with hoists servicing the full height of the residential apartments assisting in the creation of the first 532 units.
In total, the scheme will provide over 900 houses and apartments, 75,000 sq ft of commercial space, a new public park, and a riverside walkway. The Barking masterplan is scheduled for completion in 2027.
