Brogan are supplying the Hoists for a new build development at Carrington Street, London. The development between Mayfair and Green Park in London will contain an office building, gym, gallery, restaurant, commercial units and 28 prime residential apartments with a central private courtyard garden.
The building is split above ground level into two building blocks and Brogan Single passenger Goods Hoists will service the 5 and 6 storeys on either side. The west block will contain an art gallery while the east block will house retail and restaurant space as well as premium apartments.
Below ground, the building is all combined into one, with a full gym area and a Brogan Basement Hoist to service this areas’ fitout. The new build scheme has been designed by Architects AHMM and will replace a former NCP car park on Carrington Street and create a new pedestrian route between Green Park and Shepherd Market.
