Brogan Group have won a Newham Wharf Access package. The Residential scheme will be supported by several Brogan Hoists positioned across the separate blocks, providing 267 new homes and a new community within the historic riverside setting of The Royal Docks.
Three 7-Storey blocks and a larger 12-Storey residential block will see Brogan Hoists in action on the regeneration scheme, the first to be delivered under the New London Plan, supporting the urgent requirement for new housing. The development is on an existing brownfield site, part of a wider masterplan, which will create 1856 new homes in East London.
