Brogan Group have won the access package for recladding of a Stratford mixed residential and commercial complex.
Brogan will have single Passenger/goods Hoists servicing the recladding works around three various height blocks, up to sixteen storeys and wrapping around a partially enclosed communal garden.
The site, built a few years ago in the vicinity of the 2012 Olympics site in Stratford, will have two Brogan hoists servicing 24 metres high blocks, while another hoist on the internal Courtyard, will rise 42 metres, to enable recladding on the tallest block in the group.
Furthermore, a gantry is being constructed over a retail facility on the ground floor of one of these buildings, allowing a Brogan Hoist to operate whilst access to the High Street is uninterrupted.
