Brogan Group Training 2013

Brogan Group invests in its employees through training and development and we pride ourselves on the quality and diversity of skills within our workforce.  Our staff have received training in over 46 different topics and we run regular programmes so that people of all levels from site operatives to senior managers can learn new skills or develop their capabilities. 

These included; Scaffold Training up to Advanced , NVQ3 , Site Management Safety & Supervisor Training, Cuplok and Health & Safety, Inspection of W@H Equipment, First Aid & Rescue Training, The Role of Scaffold Foreman, SG4:10, SG6:10,TG20:08 and TG4:11.

We use our own direct workforce, which means consistently skilled and reliable staff at every level, in 2013 alone over £67K was invested in training in order to ensure that we meet and exceed safety standards as well as keeping our employees up to speed with operating processes, quality standards and new equipment.
