Brogan Group have secured the access package for the new 500,000 sq ft office hub in Milton Keynes, named Unity Place. The new eight-storey £150m hub will be a centre for digital banking innovation. It will consolidate Santander’s offices in Milton Keynes to create a new base for 6,000 employees.

Architect LOM designed the office to be an environmentally sustainable building, to achieve BREEAM 'Excellent' and WELL ‘Gold’ Certification, a measure of the building’s impact on the health and wellbeing of its occupants. The campus will include, a fitness centre, cycle storage and an employee rooftop running track as well as co-working space for small business and start-ups.

We are providing hoists across two of the blocks on the project. The hoists provided will be MBC 50 twin goods hoists accompanied by a 2032 single passenger goods hoist on the external side of one of the masts. The passenger/goods hoists will transport operatives to each floor efficiently while the goods hoist will allow materials to be distributed to desired floors independently.

Unity Place is anticipated to open in 2022.
