Brogan Group has been awarded the powered access package for a student accommodation development in the London Borough of Camden.
Brogan passenger goods hoists will be installed to support the construction of the scheme, which will deliver 187 student bedrooms alongside 27 affordable homes. The development will also include flexible commercial units at ground level.
In addition to residential accommodation, the project will feature a range of luxury amenities designed to promote a strong sense of community. These include dedicated study areas, social and relaxation spaces, as well as private outdoor areas for residents.
