Brogan Group has secured the access package for the redevelopment of a student accommodation scheme in Liverpool.
The project will transform the existing buildings into modern, high-quality student accommodation, with Brogan passenger goods hoists supporting the construction and refurbishment works throughout the scheme.
Originally built in the late 1970s, the buildings are being redeveloped into 35 studios and 49 cluster flats, with façade upgrades improving sustainability and delivering modern, energy-efficient student accommodation.
