Brogan Group Sponsors Colchester Hornets

Colchester Hornets Basketball Club would like to thank Brogan Group for their ongoing support through the 2007-08 National League season in which Colchester Hornets became Division Champions of National League Division 3 South which has meant promotion to the National League Division 2.  Without the support and sponsorship from Brogan Group throughout the season, the Hornets would never have been able to complete their successful Championship campaign due to lack of funding and support.

  

Colchester finished the season with a 17-5 record and player Joe Matthews retaining National League Division 3 South "Player of the Year" Honours.  Also, Player/Coach - Julian Keeling - received recognition by becoming runner-up for the League's "Coach of the Year" Award.  

Colchester Hornets are due to start the 2008 - 2009 League campaign with the first league game on 4th October against fellow promoter London Met University Team.  This season will see the Hornets travelling all over Britain from Wrexham down to Plymouth.
