Brogan Group has signed the Armed Forces Covenant, creating new opportunities to support Service leavers, veterans and the wider Armed Forces community as they move into civilian careers.
The Covenant is a national pledge based on the principle that those who serve, or have served, in the Armed Forces, and their families, should be treated fairly. Signing the Covenant marks an important step in building stronger links with the Armed Forces community and opening up new career pathways across the business.
The commitment will also support engagement with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP), the Ministry of Defence’s official resettlement service for Service leavers. Through CTP, Service leavers will be able to learn more about roles across Brogan Group and how their military skills and experience can transfer into construction and specialist access.
Brogan’s work is delivered on complex, large-scale projects where safe working at height, access planning, clear communication and strong site coordination are critical. Service leavers bring experience that fits naturally with this environment, particularly in the way they approach leadership, responsibility, teamwork and working safely under pressure. These are qualities that support the delivery of scaffolding, hoists, mast climbers, Common Towers and wider specialist access packages in demanding site conditions, where professionalism, quality and high Safety, Health, Environment and Quality standards matter every day.
Signing the Covenant formalises the company’s support as a Forces-friendly employer, while creating a valuable pathway for Service leavers looking to build new careers in construction. For a business built on safety, quality and reliable project delivery, it offers the opportunity to connect with people who are technically minded, used to taking responsibility and ready to apply their skills to work where high standards are essential.
