Brogan Group has secured the scaffolding and hoist package for a major residential development in Wolverhampton.
During the initial phase of the scheme, 331 residential units will be delivered, with Brogan providing a full range of scaffolding and hoist solutions. The scope includes both extensive internal and external scaffolding to support façade works, alongside passenger and goods hoists reaching heights of up to 20 metres.
Once completed, the wider mixed-use development will deliver up to 1,000 new homes, together with new public spaces and retail facilities, contributing to the continued regeneration of the area.
