Brogan Group have been awarded two new combined access packages for Apex House & Lollard Street, delivering scaffolding, mast climbers & hoists.
Lollard Street is an affordable housing scheme which will comprise 89 family units made up of large 4 bedroom houses, and 2 & 3 bedroom apartments.
The scheme will replace an existing double storey car park which joins three exiting tower blocks at their base.
Apex House, a student accommodation new build, will see 560 student rooms with communal facilities located around a landscaped courtyard, and will be made by highly advanced off-site modules.
The 29 storey building, located in Wembley, will not only be the tallest building in the borough, but is also expected to be the tallest modular building in Europe.
The project has a short 12 month schedule, and is expected to be completed by the end of 2017.
