Brogan Group secure the access works for Mayfield Retirement Village, Watford

Brogan Group have secured the access works for Mayfield’s first retirement village in Watford, located a short distance from Watford town centre. On completion, the village will have 255 contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as a swimming pool, gym, spa, café-bistro and village hall.

Brogan Group’s remit includes several passenger goods hoists and access scaffold. The scaffolding package will include a bridged scaffold over the swimming pool at first floor, for roof access, plus a large hoist run-off gantry due to a step in the building. We will also use a cantilevered scaffold to access the balcony soffit and cladded columns.
