Brogan Group secure scaffolding, hoist and mast climber package in Canada Water, London

Brogan Group have secured the scaffolding, hoist and mast climber package for the new mixed-use complex in Canada Water, London. The former docklands area in Southwark is the biggest regeneration scheme in the borough, which on completion will cover 53 acres of land. There are ten sites being completed in four phases.

Brogan Group’s remit includes the internal scaffolding and entrance protection, several Passenger/Goods and Goods Only hoists and 60 mast climbers, both single and twin which will be installed on plot 1A of the development on Quebec Road.

Upon completion, the scheme is expected to provide over 3000 new homes, together with around one million sq ft of retail, leisure, entertainment and community space. The scheme also aims to deliver around two million sq ft of workspace to accommodate approximately 20,000 jobs.
