We are providing a number of goods/passenger hoists to Stadia Three, the former Wimbledon FC stomping ground. Our hoists are all single 2 tonne hoists that are 3.2m wide that will be servicing five different cores of the development and reaching heights of just under 40m.
1991 saw the death of Freddie Mercury, numerous countries gaining independence following the Soviet Union breaking up, the release of Beauty and the Beast and Wimbledon FC playing their last game at Plough Lane. Today, after sitting empty for nearly 30 years, the site is set to be redeveloped to house AFC Wimbledon at their former stomping ground and in surplus of 600 homes encircling the stadium.
Stadia Three, one residential development is promised to be a sensational collection of one, two- and three-bedroom apartments arranged across seven storeys. Residents will have access to balconies, roof terraces and a hospitality suite within the adjacent stadium, retail facilities and a squash and fitness club.
Our works are due to commence in January/February 2020.
