We are providing scaffolding for Chapter Highbury II, a 12 storey student accommodation building on Holloway Road in Islington. The new build will provide 212 equipped bedrooms for students of several surrounding London Universities, including London Metropolitan University which is just a four minute walk away. Facilities will include a cinema room, social games spaces, an on-site gym and large study spaces.
The residence is located in the vibrant, cosmopolitan neighbourhood of Islington and right next to Holloway Road station which provides quick access to key Central London destinations. Chapter Highbury II forms a part of the Arsenal Regeneration Project which was conceptualised over a decade ago when Arsenal Football Club's 60,000 capacity, Emirates Stadium was built in the area. It is the largest private redevelopment scheme in London, spanning Caledonian Road and Highbury.
Brogan Group are providing the design, erection and dismantlement of scaffolding at 295 Holloway road, which is expected to be open for use in time for the next intake of students this September.
