Brogan Group are providing the full Access Works for the St Albans City Centre renovation. The project, known as the City Centre Opportunity Site (CCOS) South, is a mixed-use residential scheme built on redundant infrastructure, including the old police station.

Two main blocks are being built on the demolished site, making up 6,000 square metres of commercial space and 93 apartments. The 6 storey buildings will have a full range of Brogan access solutions with twin Mast Climbers, Hoists, as well as Scaffolding that sits over a stepped area.

CCOS South is part of the wider seven-acre CCOS site and will create approximately 40 per cent affordable housing units. It will be set amongst a new promenade that connects the Quaker Gardens to Civic Close, a planted green route with a raised lawn and water jets.
