Brogan Group have been awarded an access package for a major redevelopment project in the London Borough of Southwark.
The independent access scaffolding package will support the façade works on the new 135,000 sq. ft shopping centre and cinema complex.
The scheme, scheduled for completion in 2026, forms part of a wider regeneration programme. The programme will deliver a new town centre for the area, incorporating housing, retail, workspaces and a new campus for the London College of Communication.
