Brogan Group proudly sponsor the Rak Ropairi Football Club for another season

We are pleased to announce we will be continuing our sponsorship of the Rak Ropairi Football club in the UAE for another season. After a successful season last year, the teams are now back with a bang having played excellent games in the Dubai Celts Football tournament at the start of October.

The ladies first team put on an epic performance in their tournament, they battled hard in the group stages landing them a first-place finish. They then had a convincing win over Qatar in the semi-finals but fell short to the hosts in the finals. The second ladies team took commanding leads in the group stages and had a great victory over the Dubai Celts in the semi-finals, they came up just a tad short in the final against Fujairah.

The men’s team also put together an excellent performance and narrowly missed out on the cup playoff, despite an early loss of one of their men, the remaining 8 on the pitch battled hard to secure RAK’s first trophy of the season! The teams went on to celebrate at the after party in the Westin Mina Seyahi Hotel afterwards where we supplied the stage for entertainment.
