Brogan Group has been awarded the powered access package for a new residential project in North-West London, part of the wider Brent Cross Town regeneration scheme.
Brogan will supply a number of passenger / goods hoists across three separate residential blocks. The hoists will reach heights of up to 22m.
The project will deliver modern 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments a five-minute walk from the local train station, with direct links to King's Cross, Farringdon, and London Bridge. Each home will feature private balconies or terraces and are surrounded by local shops, green spaces, and schools.
