Brogan Group pledge to be a Company Support for the Lighthouse Club

The Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity has been delivering charitable welfare and support to the construction community since 1956. The Lighthouse Club’s work is incredibly important as it provides a 24x7 Construction Industry Helpline and supporting website that provides a gateway to deliver:

• Emergency financial aid to the construction industry community in times of crisis following an illness, accident, injury or bereavement that forces a family into a state of poverty
• Advice on a range of matters including: Occupational heath and wellbeing issues as an employee or an employer, and advice for sufferers of stress and addiction related illness
• Advice on matters ranging from divorce to employment
• Advice on specific tax related issues concerning employment within the construction sector
• Help to manage and reschedule debt
• Help to understand the benefits system and entitlement, especially if caring for others
• Support on career changes, especially after accident or injury preventing return to your original job

We admire all the incredible work that the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity do and are honoured to be able to offer a contribution towards their efforts. Bill Hill, CEO of the charity said, “We receive no public funding and rely on the support of those within the industry to fund our Building Mental Health programme and our 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline. We are delighted that Brogan Group have committed to becoming Company Supporters by pledging an annual donation of £1000 and helping us to spread the word about the helpline”.
