Cancer Prevention Action Week is an annual campaign held by World Cancer Research Fund, which focuses on supporting and empowering the public to make changes to their daily habits, and that of their families, to reduce their risk of preventable cancers. This year, the campaign ran from 17th – 23rd February 2025.
4 in 10 cancer cases could be prevented and in support of the campaign, Brogan Group partnered with Cancer Research UK to host a Cancer Awareness Day held on a site we are working on in Central London.
The day provided awareness to those working on the project, delivering two special talks from their nurse and health information expert to learn what cancer is, how to spot it early and tips to living a healthier life. An opportunity for individuals to talk to the nurse in private was also on offer.
