After a recent Considerate Construction Scheme Site Validation, Brogan Group were awarded 42 out of 50. Brogan Group have been registered members for 10 years and the scheme operates a Code of Considerate Practice that embodies the high industry standards that can and should be achieved aimed at helping constructors make positive changes to the way they work and to operate more responsibly and respectfully.
On the same site, Brogan Group have been awarded a green level status following on from a thorough evaluation of the site team's performance in a number of areas, including Environment, Design, Management & Leadership, and Health and Safety.
The development is due for completion in 2025, creating 93 later – living units for over 65’s.
