Brogan Group have secured the scaffold and hoist package on Ship Street, Dublin.

Brogan Group have secured the scaffolding and hoist package on Ship Street, Great and Chancery, Dublin.  We will be supplying circa 3,000m2 of perimeter scaffold, the internal works including stairs, towers and birdcages and a number single configured passenger / goods of hoists.

On completion, Ship Street will be a mixed-use urban quarter as the further development of the Radisson hotel. The scheme will include additional hotel space as well as office, residential, cultural, retail uses and a convention centre.

The development is located in one of the most archaeologically sensitive areas of Dublin’s medieval city. A new pedestrian street will link Chancery Lane and Ship Street Great; on this route a new civic square will be created over the remains of the 7th-century St. Michael Le Pole church.

The development is scheduled for completion by the end of the year ready for occupation.
