Brogan Group have secured the scaffold and hoist package for 41 Lothbury, London.  Formerly the Head Quarters of National Westminster Bank situated directly adjacent to the Bank of England.

Our remit includes the perimeter access scaffold, a mobile temporary roof, a design engineered bridged deck over the atrium and various other internal scaffolds. The combined access package sees us providing a number of twin goods/passenger hoists also. As this building is grade II listed, in sympathy with the buildings status, Brogan Group has designed various types of ties from drill fixed to soft fix to mitigate intrusions into the buildings Portland stone façade. These ties have been submitted to English heritage for approval.

The overall scheme comprises replacement of the existing extension for additional office floorspace, conversion of the existing plant enclosure to provide office accommodation, installation of a new terrace area and installation of replacement plant equipment and associated enclosure.
