Brogan Group have now surpassed a Group-wide total of 3 million consecutive man-hours without a reportable injury. This figure represents the fact that there have been no reportable safety incidents since 2023 across all operating regions of the company, including the United Kingdom, Ireland, UAE and Saudi Arabia.
This significant milestone is a group first and highlights Brogan Group’s dedication to continuously deliver the highest levels of health and safety. It’s a testament to the daily, diligent work of our Health & Safety team, managers, supervisors and all operatives to uphold stringent safety protocols and reduce the risk of injury across all our sites. We have been consistently awarded for Health & Safety standards on site and this is a result of thorough and efficient planning, management and training to ensure a fully competent workplace.
James Lewis, Brogan Group HSQE Director commented:
"This remarkable achievement signifies the Group’s longest sustained period without a reportable injury—a testament to the company’s unwavering commitment to safety. It reflects not only the strength of our safety culture but also the pivotal role that every individual has played.”
This milestone aligns with a broader industry transformation, as reported in the most recent 2025 Safety Report from the National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC). The report from NASC analyses mandatory safety incident data collected from the entire UK scaffolding and access sector. It highlights that last year, members achieved the lowest Accident Incidence Rate (AIR) and Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) in its recorded history.
