Brogan Group have extended their access support on phase 2 of a Whitechapel development, a project involving the redevelopment of a 60s 6-storey building with a new 6-storey extension added on top.
Mast Climbers will be sited around the north, west and south elevations and will service the existing lower 6 storeys, enabling the cladding to be installed. The mast climbers will sandwich our Goods/Passenger Hoists already in place on the south elevation, servicing the full 12 storeys.

The 22,579m2 site is the former home of the Cass School of Art and Architecture for London Metropolitan University and will provide refreshed office space and multi-used facilities once completed in 2022.
