Brogan Group Expand Hoist & MCWP Service Crew

Brogan Group’s MCWP & Hoist Service Crew have welcomed a number of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers, who’s tasks will solely involve  servicing and responding to call out requests.

The major expansion of the department comes in recognition of the importance of customer service in our Hoist & Mast Climber operations, and will propel the Group’s commitment to minimising call outs, response times, and operational downtime.

New service vans have been added to the commercial fleet, committed for the exclusive use of the Service Crew, which targets same day (24 Hour) response times.
