Al Wasl Properties are constructing a Beach Club Resort, the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Dubai. The project is expected to become one of the most prominent destinations amongst all other waterfront locations along Jumeirah Beach Road.
The luxury hotel will comprise of 200 rooms and suites, various restaurants, bars, a spa and a ballroom. It will also include 12 extra villas built over water, accessible by a bridge.
Brogan Group are providing the access scaffolding for the installation of the external facade on this development. Construction commenced six months ago, and it is scheduled for competition late 2018.
