Brogan Group has been awarded the powered access package for a major residential development in Woolwich, London.
As part of the project, Brogan Group will supply 10 passenger goods hoists in both twin and single configurations, reaching heights of up to 56 metres.
This phase represents the final stage of works within the Waterfront Masterplan, where Brogan Group has delivered a range of powered access solutions across the previous three phases, including our large 5m x 3m, 5.5 tonne “Mammoth” passenger and goods hoist.
Upon completion, this phase will deliver 663 high-quality homes alongside 10,600 sq ft of commercial space. The wider Royal Arsenal Riverside regeneration project, one of London's largest brownfield developments, will deliver more than 5,000 new homes alongside extensive commercial, leisure and public space enhancements.
