Brogan Group has been awarded a combined access package for a major residential development in Bermondsey, London, supporting the delivery of 338 new affordable homes within the London Borough of Southwark.
Brogan Group will provide external scaffolding across five residential blocks to facilitate brickwork and façade works. In addition, passenger and goods hoists will service the full height of the buildings.
Brogan Group is already working on development delivering a combined scaffolding and hoist package for another phase on the scheme.
Once complete, the wider masterplan will provide over 800 residential units and approximately 36,000 sqm of commercial space, contributing significantly to the area’s ongoing regeneration.
