Brogan Group have been awarded a combined package of scaffolding and hoists for a major new housing development, known as Burdett Wharf.
The project will provide a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom family units, in a block that rises from 7 to 11 storeys, and will fall under the affordable housing scheme.
Located on the Limehouse Cut, residents of the Wharf will be living alongside London’s first Canal, which was first used in 1769 acting as a short cut route from Bromley-by-Bow to Limehouse Basin.
