The former industrial site at Great West Quarter was previously home to a pharmaceutical manufacturing factory. It is now being developed into a major new community with 1,000 residential units, office and commercial space, retail facilities, a hotel, primary care trust, education and community facilities, as well as public open space.
Brogan Group provided access throughout the site with a full height scaffold, temporary roof and hoist to Wallis House; the existing art deco block built in 1939 and a listed building.
In addition to the scaffolding, Brogan Group will be supplying passenger hoists to this development.
