Brogan Group is proud to recognise Ethan Spencer, an electrical apprentice, who is a competitor in the British Gymnastics Tumbling Finals.
Ethan is currently balancing the demands of elite-level sport with his career development while training for the finals. Based at our Wigan Yard, he’s completing the Installation and Maintenance Electrician Level 3 apprenticeship, with an expected completion date of August 2027.
In 2025, Ethan placed 6th in Great Britain for his age group (17–21) and 12th in the Senior category, confirming his position among the top-ranked gymnasts in his category nationwide. Building on his achievement as English Champion in 2024, he secured 4th place at the 2025 English Championships, demonstrating consistent high-level performance on the national stage.
He also earned bronze at the Spring Series 1 in 2025, adding to his bronze medal at the French Cup in 2024. His competition schedule includes major national and international events such as the English Championships, British Championships, the Home Nations Competition, and the Loulé Cup in Portugal. Ethan has also been selected for multiple England Training Camps at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, highlighting his continued involvement in the national performance pathway.
Ethan is part of a team of four electrical apprentices in our North region. At Brogan Group, our apprenticeship programme is designed to develop technical excellence, resilience, and long-term career growth. The commitment extends across the business, with 16 apprentices currently employed at Brogan Group, including 2 office based, 7 site-based, and 7 yard-based apprentices. Together, they represent our ongoing investment in developing talent across all areas of the organisation and building a strong, future-ready workforce.
