Brogan Group have been awarded the Access package at the ‘Television Centre Development’, London.
Brogan Single Passenger Hoists will service two 8 and 9 storey buildings that will create 142 new homes and 860m2 of commercial space on the ground floor level.
The 30m High apartments are built on the former site of the BBC television Centre, replacing a demolished former BBC multi-storey car park on Wood Lane, W12, opposite Westfield.
Delivery of the full site is expected in early 2024.
