Brogan Crane Decks™ installed for major Dublin 2 project

We have provided rolling crane deck access for a €4.3 million new-build office complex on the southside of Cuffe Street, to the east of Wexford Street in Dublin 2. Work is ongoing within the 5,520 sq. ft. site, which will eventually provide over 24,000 sq. ft. of office space to the area.

A retractable platform was preferred for this project to overcome the challenge of working safely within such a tight site in the lively Dublin 2 area. Another benefit of using this type of platform for the project is that the crane deck can easily be rolled in and out by just one person, allowing for quick adaptations as and when required.

The project is set for completion by 2019.
