Brogan continue work on Capital Quarter development, Cardiff

We are providing Hoists and Mast Climbers for the construction of Number Four Capital Quarter in Cardiff, Wales. This job was secured as a result of our work on all three previous phases of the development. Subsequent to completion of phase 4, Capital Quarter aims to provide around 1 million sq ft. of office, hotel and student housing space to the capital.

Strategically located in Cardiff's Enterprise Zone, Number four Capital Quarter will provide Grade A office space, a central atrium and a luxury reception area whilst maintaining exceptional sustainability standards throughout the development. The building will have seven storeys, as well as a roof terrace on the 8th floor. At 96,870 sq.ft, it is the largest phase of the Capital Quarter scheme so far. 

The project is due for completion in September of this year.
